Zebra Print Topsy Turvy Birthday Cake (213)
The bottom layer is chocolate cake with oreo and cream filling and the top layer is white cake with raspberry filling. The zebra print matched the birthday girl’s dress.
We received this lovely letter from the 30th birthday girl:
…I never knew that baking could be such an art. The cake was so beautiful. At first I didn’t even realize it was a cake. Never before have I seen a cake as exquisite as that. I couldn’t believe the details. You thought of everything.
The cake was so delicious – people came around for seconds. What can I say? Everything was pure perfection. Everyone is still raving about my cake – it definitely was the talk of the party.

Martha – we don’t use molds – we carve these ourselves.
My wedding colors are black, red, white with accents of zebra stripes. I have been trying to figure out how to incorporate the theme on our cake and this has helped me invision it. I love how the stripes turned out. This is a great cake. I love it. GREAT WORK!
