We use mix different colors of fondant (we use Satin Ice) to achieve that shade of blue. Cake flavor = Chocolate cake with oreo buttercream. Cupcakes = vanilla with vanilla buttercream dyed blue to match topper, chocolate with vanilla buttercream & banana with chocolate buttercream. Thanks Melissa!
