Wicked Topsy Turvy Broadway Cake (1307)
To celebrate a big fan of NYC Broadway shows, we created this 4 tier topsy turvy cake with different Broadway memorabilia. The cake included homages to Wicked, Phantom of the Opera, Hairspray and Lion King. Flavors include chocolate cake with oreo buttercream, vanilla cake with chocolate buttercream and red velvet cake with vanilla buttercream. We delivered the cake to Brooklake Country club in Florham Park, NJ.
