Whimsical Wedding Cake

We delivered this whimsical wedding cake to the Baltusrol Golf Club in Springfield, NJ. The top tier included a gluten free version of vanilla cake with peanut butter buttercream. The rest of the tiers included chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and red velvet cake with vanilla buttercream. We used bright colors to round out the whimsical theme including orange, lime green, pink and yellow gerber daises and raspberry pink.
Sandra & Matt left us this note after the wedding:
Dear Anne: I can’t begin to describe how beautiful the cake you made for our wedding on Saturday turned out. It was absolutely what Matt and I wanted.
