Wedding Cake

The cake was inspired after the brides gown which had vertical beads running down the bodice. In the center of the hydrangea colored bow is a green Swarovski crystal.

Hi Anne,
This cake is very pretty, and I to have thought about doing a dummy cake with the crystals, my questions for you is did you use them on this cake? If you use them on a cake like the knot cake how do you control the people not eating them. Do you make sure you cut the cake? Or are you using something new that is edible? I love the look but most of the time I do not cut the cake. What are the vertical sparkles? Dragees? Thanks for any info you can give on this method.
