Anniversary Wedding Cake

The text is from their wedding song - Phantom of the Opera. The top tier is an almond cake filled with raspberry preserves and marizpan. The middle tier is a white cake filled with chocolate custard. The bottom tier is chocolate cake filled with vanilla custard.
