January 2nd, 2007 at 10:41 pm
Beautiful, delightfully decadent looking cakes! Yum!
January 2nd, 2007 at 10:51 pm
The cakes were all beautiful, but I liked the elegant simplicity of the 3rd cake.
January 2nd, 2007 at 11:52 pm
They all look great! Hard decision.
January 3rd, 2007 at 1:04 am
These cakes look so good, I am ready to jump in the computer and eat one!

Those cakes are beautiful! Too pretty to eat.
January 3rd, 2007 at 1:56 am
Let them eat cake!
January 3rd, 2007 at 3:17 am
All the cakes are beautiful. However, being a traditional girl at heart, I had to go with cake #1.
January 3rd, 2007 at 3:37 am
beautiful cakes!
January 3rd, 2007 at 4:00 am
Hard to choose just one.
January 3rd, 2007 at 5:00 am

January 3rd, 2007 at 6:12 am
That was hard. They all are great!
January 3rd, 2007 at 7:21 am
I love the simplicity of the cream cake with ribbons!
January 3rd, 2007 at 7:32 am
Obviously, cake number 1 is the best: the prettiest, most artistic, and tastiest. whomever you made that cake for most have been one special bride!
January 3rd, 2007 at 7:45 am
The 4th one, the chocolate ribbon really impressed me! Oohhh, aahh!
January 3rd, 2007 at 8:08 am
I guess I am more traditional than I thought because two was a clear winner for me. All were beautiful, though.
January 3rd, 2007 at 8:39 am
All your cakes are Beautiful!
January 3rd, 2007 at 8:45 am
they are all such beautiful cakes.
January 3rd, 2007 at 8:47 am
These cakes are gorgeous. Wish I still lived in NJ — I’d be at your shop every day — even if it was just to admire the wonderful work you do!
January 3rd, 2007 at 9:05 am
They are all well done. My favorite by far is #1 with all the beautiful flowers. Too pretty to eat!
January 3rd, 2007 at 9:31 am
Beautiful all, but I picked number 1. I bet they taste as good as they look.
January 3rd, 2007 at 10:02 am

January 3rd, 2007 at 10:50 am
I love them all! Wish I were getting married!!!
January 3rd, 2007 at 11:55 am
These look fantastic.
January 3rd, 2007 at 11:55 am
Extremely beautiful cakes. I admire anyone who has the ability to decorate cakes in this way. #1 is in my opinion the winner.
January 3rd, 2007 at 12:02 pm
All look beautiful.
January 3rd, 2007 at 12:04 pm
I just stumbled upon your site and your blog and must say I’m now obsessed! I love your purse cake with the martini glass and want to try my own “strawberry Dacari” version for a more simplified dessert and rim the glass with pink sugar.
I love the simplicity of the 4th cake. The pearlized fondant and color of the ribbon fit perfectly.
BEAUTIFUL work.
January 3rd, 2007 at 12:37 pm
All of your cakes are amazing. True art. They all look so yummy!
January 3rd, 2007 at 12:48 pm
I like the one I voted for the best, by far.
January 3rd, 2007 at 2:09 pm
I was surprised that I loved the second cake best. Its traditional/ simple and gorgeous. All things of which I am not.
January 3rd, 2007 at 2:36 pm
They are are so beautiful it was hard to choose!
January 3rd, 2007 at 3:27 pm
Dang, this made me hungry! They all look so yummy.
January 3rd, 2007 at 3:42 pm
Wow, some good looking cakes here! For me the 3rd was my favorite, but I had a hard time seeing it as a wedding cake…so I voted for the classy yellow!
January 3rd, 2007 at 5:50 pm
They are are so beautiful
January 3rd, 2007 at 6:29 pm
To bad you have to get married for such a tasty looking cake.
January 3rd, 2007 at 7:08 pm
I voted for the second one because it is very sophisticated looking but simplistic.
January 3rd, 2007 at 7:17 pm
They’re all beautiful, hard to tell which to pick (especially with the small picture). Found out I’m more traditional than I thought, and I voted for the cream colored one with the ribbons.

January 4th, 2007 at 3:06 am
Six o’clock in the morning and now I want a piece of wedding cake! They all look scrumptious!
January 4th, 2007 at 3:48 am
I love the classics! The first one is extra elegant so it received my vote.
If I had to make a second choice , that 60’s “Mod” style cake is just vibrantly awesome!
January 4th, 2007 at 4:51 am
They are so beautiful it almost makes you want to get married again.
January 4th, 2007 at 9:36 am
Bright cake is cool!
January 4th, 2007 at 11:48 am
I am in awe of those who have the talent to create a cake of such beauty. I think back to my own wedding (in 1984) and I laugh at our cake. My mom picked it out and I think it cost $50. I know, what a big spender…lol!
January 4th, 2007 at 5:20 pm
These cakes are SO beautiful!
January 5th, 2007 at 12:52 pm
they are so beautiful!!! how talented the bakers must be!!!
January 5th, 2007 at 1:25 pm
Teh pink and green cake is so unique and so vibrant–I love it!
January 5th, 2007 at 5:25 pm
That first cake is so traditional and so lovely, how could ANYONE like any of the others as much?
January 5th, 2007 at 6:18 pm
Love them all, but could only choose one.
January 5th, 2007 at 8:36 pm
Wow, they are all so Beautiful!! It was a tough choice, but I am old fashioned…so I picked #1 traditional!
January 6th, 2007 at 5:47 am
Wow, these are great looking cakes. The green one is the best though.
January 6th, 2007 at 2:36 pm
All the cakes are beautiful in a different way. I choose number#1 for it’s perfect balance of color, decoration and use of flowers.
January 6th, 2007 at 4:06 pm
can you put a fork on there so I can eat the cake? LOL
January 6th, 2007 at 6:46 pm
I chose the first cake as most people would love that but actually my personality calls for the gorgeous bright and colorful one. That is what I would have chosen for MY wedding. Do they taste as good as they look?
January 6th, 2007 at 10:15 pm
Beautiful……………I will take them all!!!!!!!!!!
January 6th, 2007 at 10:36 pm
Any bride would LOVE any of these cakes!
January 7th, 2007 at 12:05 am
simply beautiful
January 7th, 2007 at 6:18 am
I love flowers on a wedding cake
January 7th, 2007 at 6:46 am
In response to:
“Do they taste as good as they look?”
Julie - Our cakes taste delicious - every wedding cake is made to order. That means we’re baking them when you order them – no frozen products here. I always cover my cakes in a layer of buttercream before the fondant is applied. Each cake tier is two layers with a thick layer of filling in the middle. And the quality of the filling can make a difference. We use only fresh ingredients, including real butter, milk, flour, sugar, and eggs. When a customer asks for a hazelnut filling, we’re roasting the hazelnuts and grinding them to a smooth paste for a delicious rich flavor.
And if you think I’m a bit biased, check out what our customers have said.

January 17th, 2007 at 7:32 pm
Magnificent, a work of art. Wouldn’t want to cut into it
January 17th, 2007 at 9:25 pm
I like very traditional cakes too, and don’t like ‘colors.’ For me it would have to be cake #2, although #1 in ecru and white with flowers instead of ribbons would be OK also.
I liked 4 too, althought I would never have a brightly colored cake for ME.
January 18th, 2007 at 7:14 am
The Grey Bow one has a cool effect wit the twist. LOVE IT!
January 18th, 2007 at 9:02 am
i LOVE #1
January 18th, 2007 at 10:10 am
Kudos to the decorator…mouth-watering confections! Like so many others it was a difficult decision but I finally had to go with your traditional wedding cake (#1) because it is magnificent. #4 is a “fun” cake and would be great for a birthday party or some spring/summer event.
January 18th, 2007 at 10:28 am
I think they all look great, hard decision.
January 18th, 2007 at 10:46 am

January 19th, 2007 at 6:25 am
They are all beautiful but I really like the use of the flowers on number 1. Number 3 is also a favorite of mine. I love the way the icing drapes round the cake.
January 19th, 2007 at 6:57 am
I vote for the first cake, the one with the flowers. Nice cake.
January 19th, 2007 at 7:47 am
