Valentine’s Day Gift Box Wedding Cake
Posted to All Pastries, Wedding Cakes on Sunday, February 15th, 2009.We were asked to create this 4-tier gift box cake for a Valentine’s day wedding at the Capitol Grille in NYC. We incorporated colors from the wedding – which included red, silver, white and a touch of sparkly black. The flavors included red velvet with lemon cream cheese, chocolate cake with peanut butter filling, and chocolate cake with rapsberry chambord filling. The top is adorned with a glittery red bow.
