Ultimate Cake Off – Legoland Birthday Cake

Ultimate Cake Off was a really fun experience and I am glad to have been a part of it. It was great working with Dana and Kate also – even if TLC tried to throw a little ‘drama’ our way 
I was thrilled that our team won – and I want to take this opportunity to thank Team PCB: Beverly Brimmer, Emily Termyna and Russell Anema. This truly was a team win, and I couldn’t have done it without each and every one of them. What the show didn’t reflect – was the RIDICULOUS amount of work and input each and every one of them put into the competition. Not only in the 8 short hours of the show, but also in the weeks before! So way to go TEAM PCB! I’m so proud of us ….It was a lot of work…but we had some fun too….right?
It was very rewarding to be able to win a competition! Thanks to all of our supporters for believing in us!!! Check out some photos below of our cake and pics of us on the set!

That cake was amazing! I have watched every episode of the series; if they took all the winning cakes from every episode and judged them against each other, there would be no contest – your cake would win hands down! I wish you were closer to the Pittsburgh area – though I don’t think I would want to have to compete against your cakes!
