This towering 5 tier cake was created for a Bat Mitzvah celebration this weekend at the Hudson Hotel’s Good Units night spot in NYC.  Highlighting the top of the cake is a throwback to the eighties  – a red brick patterned tier with graffiti writing.   The remaining tiers include other favorites of the celebrant,

We used funky colors including hot pint, mint, light blue, silver, black and white.  Flavors included hot pink velvet and vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream, and vanilla cake with coffee buttercream.  The cake represents a fusion of our topsy turvy bat mitzvah cake and this shopping cake.
