I know your really busy but had to write and let you know I have spent many hours recently searching the internet for cakes for a surprise engagment party for my son and future daughter in law coming from interstate. (I am doing a black and white with a touch of red, damask theme, so the topsy turvy black and white damask wedding cake was right up my alley) In doing so I came across your website and OMG I was blown away I think I spent about 3 hours or more just looking at the incredable cakes you and your staff create!!!!! They are beyond words I have seen some lovely ones in my search but the colours and the way you just put them together and the accents you add to them are what sets you aside from the others. I live in Australia and are extremely disappointed that you are in the States. I usually buy all our birthday cakes from a bakery that does make beautiful cakes but nothing like yours. I must also say that after my search I decided that I wanted to learn to decorate my own cakes but after seeing yours it has made me definate to find the time to go and do whatever courses I can find to learn the art and only hope I can produce with alot of love and hard work something even close to what I have seen.

P.S. Do you have any books that you have written that I could purchase on cake decorating etc?

Thanks for the compliment. We did not use stencils for this – we cut them out by hand and with scroll cutters.
