Bat Mitzvah Garden Topsy Turvy Cake
This 3 tier topsy turvy cake is covered in light green fondant and a natural/organic theme. We incorporated a dragonfly, butterflies and crystals to round out the design. The flavors included chocolate cake with oreos and cream buttercream, vanilla cake with 2 layers of chocolate and raspberry buttercream. We delivered the bat mitzvah cake to Trump National Club in Bedminster, NJ.

There is something enchanting about this cake. No high style, no razzle dazzle; just very, very pretty.It says a lot about the recipient.
The butterflies can’t be edible are they??? The flowers are amazing! When I make my flowers, I can’t let they dry enough I guess, b/c they flop over when I put them on the cake…
