Topsy Turvy Happy Birthday Cake (173)

This 3-tier Topsy Turvy white cake with Oreo’s and cream filling was created for a party celebrating my grandmother’s 90th birthday (Nana), my great uncle’s 90th birthday (Uncle Joe) and my cousin’s 30th birthday (Emily). My family asked me if I had been drinking when I made this one….It’s supposed to be topsy turvy! The cake was covered in fondant, and decorated with a sugar paste bow and stars. Happy Birthday Nan, Uncle Joe and Emily! Hope you enjoyed the cake!

Sorry Samantha – wish I could but these cakes are too delicate to ship such long distances :) We do have a delivery service that could technically deliver anywhere within the United States – but it would be a bit to expensive to deliver it all the way to Chicago.
