Topsy Turvy Happy Birthday Cake (173)
This 3-tier Topsy Turvy white cake with Oreo’s and cream filling was created for a party celebrating my grandmother’s 90th birthday (Nana), my great uncle’s 90th birthday (Uncle Joe) and my cousin’s 30th birthday (Emily). My family asked me if I had been drinking when I made this one….It’s supposed to be topsy turvy! The cake was covered in fondant, and decorated with a sugar paste bow and stars. Happy Birthday Nan, Uncle Joe and Emily! Hope you enjoyed the cake!

Anne, I love the vibrant colour on this one. So pretty.
You outdid yourself! The cake was the “icing” on the party. Great job and deeeeelicious!
The cutest cake ever. I was born in New Jersey, but my birthday party is in California. Wish I could get this topsy turvy cake with one of your dynamic designs, they’re fantastic!
Kelli – Your wish could come true if you know a good engineer who could figure out how to package these cakes so they aren’t harmed during shipment.

Peace out homie G dog!
Wow that is incredible! Really reminds me of Alice in Wonderland. What is the bow made out of? It looks so realistic and very hard to create…
Jesse – The bow is made out of gumpaste. Thanks for the compliment!
