Top Hat Cupcake Stand

To celebrate the 2011 US Dressage Festival of Champions we created this 3D top hat cupcake tower. The top hat is covered in black fondant with a black ribbon to match our client’s image. Inside the top hat was chocolate with chocolate mousse.

With the stand we included 100 cupcakes in matching black liners and 30 horse cookies modeled after our horsey cookies.
