I have 'dabbled' in cake decorating and recognize the amount of hard work, precision and focus you have to have. My only regret (probably a good thing LOL) is that you aren't local! I am a big advocate of journaling and, if you do keep a journal and decide to share your process on Flickr, please let me know. I'd love to see it!
