Thanksgiving Peacock Cake (878)

This cake was the centerpiece for a thanksgiving party. The parties theme was designed around the peacock’s colorful feathers. Hand painted images of peacock feathers adorn each tier, and a message on the cake reads “Thank Heavens for Friends and Family”. The cake was spice cake with one layer of hazelnut buttercream and two layers of cream cheese filling.
