Teddy Bear Block Birthday Cake (753)

This weekend we created a medley of pastries for a joint father and daughter birthday party at the Madison Hotel Conservatory in Madison, NJ.

Pictured below is the 2-tier teddy bear cake we created for the daugther’s 1st birthday. The bottom tier is covered in white fondant with pink & brown polka dots. The top tier is covered in pink fondant with white, brown and dark pink polka dots. In front of the teddy bear are three block letters spelling O N E. The flavors include vanilla and chocolate cake with raspberry chambord filling.
