Tea Party Cake

The Frelinghuysen Arboretum in Morristown holds an annual fundraiser called the Blackburn Scholarship Tea. The event raises money for a New Jersey student who is studying Horticulture, Botany or a related subject.
This past Wednesday was their 10th anniversary celebration and we were asked to donate one of our cakes to support the event. Atop the cake sits a tea set with flowers, butterflies, and a delicious scone. Inside the cake was lemon cake with raspberry chambord filling.
