Swiss Dot and Peony Wedding Cake (2525)
Using inspiration from a photo sent by the bride, we worked with the bride to help design this blush pink four tier wedding cake for a wedding this past weekend at the Hackensack Golf Club in Oradell, NJ.
Each tier of the blush pink fondant cake is meticulously designed with matching piped dots. The top tier, middle and bottom include open peonies with an ivory and blush pink center. Each tier includes a fluted and lined band at the base which is a slightly lighter blush pink.
Flavors and fillings included chocolate with chocolate and oreos and cream buttercream, vanilla with Itlaina meringue hazelnut, and pink velvet with lemon cream cheese and raspberry chambord buttercream.
