Sweet 16 Topsy Turvy Candy Cake
This fun topsy turvy 3 tier candy cake was created for a sweet 16 birthday party at The Tides in North Haledon, NJ. The top of the cake includes a blue 16 highlighted with fondant lollipops and gumdrops.
The top tier is covered in white fondant with polka dots. The middle tier is covered in a hot pink with cheetah print in shades of pink and orange. The center of the tier includes a blue band with bow and tails. The final tier iw covered in white fondant with bright colors. The base of the cake is decorated with rolled fondant balls in bright orange, blue, hot pink, lime and yellow.

I am luving your cakes. I have to say that you are truly talented. I am from the UK and so it is obvious you will not be able to ship down a cake. Although I was wondering you have any videos that show how to decorate the cakes. So I can practice cake decorating.
