Sweet 16 Square Cake (901)
We decorated this cake with hot pink and gold colors to match the colors of the parties sweet 16 invitations. The entire cake was chocolate with oreo filling. We delivered the cake to Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, NJ

Hi Anne! This cake is lovely. I do have a cake question – do you normally ice your cakes in swiss meringue buttercream or traditional buttercream before applying the fondant?
