Sweet 16 Square Cake

The entire cake was chocolate with oreo filling. We delivered the cake to Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, NJ

Hi Anne! This cake is lovely. I do have a cake question – do you normally ice your cakes in swiss meringue buttercream or traditional buttercream before applying the fondant?
