Sweet 16 Mardi Gras Cake

This fun mardi gras themed topsy turvy cake was created for a sweet 16 birthday party at the Forge Inn in Woodbridge NJ. We incorporated ivory, lavender, purple and gold colors into the cake and topped it off with a masquerade mask on the top tier. The cake flavors included red velvet cake with lemon cream cheese and white cake with oreos and cream filling.

WOW! This is kinda ironic cuz i just had my 15th bday party last night and i had a white gold and purple theme! lol! exept i made my own cake and it was so much more less professionel and simpler

Being from New Orleans, you can just imagine how much more I love the look of this cake lol Not to mention purple is my favorite color
