Sweet 16 Cupcake Stand
Posted to All Pastries, Cupcakes on Sunday, February 3rd, 2008.Just in time for “Fat Tuesday”, here’s a mardi gras themed top cake that we created for a sweet 16 party. We included 60 cupcakes each topped with purple, green & gold stars to coordinate with the top cake.
Three flavors of cupcakes were included - peanut butter, vanilla with chocolate buttercream and red velvet with vanilla buttercream.
The cake and cupcakes were setup on our newly redesign cupcake stand:

Just wondering what tip is used to get those plump little pillows of frosting on the cupcakes! Looks like a perfect frosing to cake ratio.
