Sweet 16 Cupcake Stand
Posted to All Pastries, Cupcakes on Sunday, February 3rd, 2008.Just in time for “Fat Tuesday”, here’s a mardi gras themed top cake that we created for a sweet 16 party. We included 60 cupcakes each topped with purple, green & gold stars to coordinate with the top cake.
Three flavors of cupcakes were included – peanut butter, vanilla with chocolate buttercream and red velvet with vanilla buttercream.

Just wondering what tip is used to get those plump little pillows of frosting on the cupcakes! Looks like a perfect frosing to cake ratio.
