hello! I’am so in love with your cakes, I have a question, how do you assemble these cakes? it looks like it’s going to fall down. I know that you can’t deliver cakes to Kansas, and I haven’t seen a cake like this before at any bakery store in Kansas. I hope you can answer my question, thank you!!!
Hi Rosie – our cakes are very secure. We use a dowel to secure each tier – so while the cake appears like it is going to fall, it is in fact very sturdy. Thanks for your comment!

This cake is marvelous! I am planning a sweet sixteen for my neice and she would adore this cake! The only problem is her color scheme is black, white and PINK!! Would there be any way to change it from blue to a hot pink but change nothing else? You truly have a gift. I am so sure you business will thrive beyond the tri-state area!
