Happy 4th of July! I hope everyone is having a great holiday. I thought this boat cake was very appropriate July 4th post. The boat was created for a fisherman’s 65th birthday. His wife sent us a photo of his boat to replicate. The entire cake is carrot cake with vanilla buttercream. We delivered the cake to Lavecchia Napoli in Edgwater NJ.
