Sugar Callas Wedding Cake (1486)

White sugar callas dusted with touches of sage adorn this 3 tier round cake. The cake is covered in ivory fondant and the base of each tier is decorated in a sage ribbon with a crystal rectangular buckle.

The entire cake was pink velvet with lemon cream cheese. We delivered the cake to Lake Mohawk Country Club in Sparta, NJ.
