Birdie & Flower Springtime Baby Shower Cake

This past weekend at Adega restaurant in Newark, NJ we delivered this three tier cake for a baby shower celebration.

Inspired from the shower’s invitation, the top of the cake is highlighted with pink monogrammed letters and a cute yellow birdy. Each tier is covered in dark brown fondant with cascading pink and orange daisies along the side. Yellow fondant bands cover each tier to coordinate with the bird and invitation.

Flavors and fillings included chocolate with chocolate mousse with fresh strawberries and chocolate with raspberry chambord buttercream and fresh raspberries. The message on the board reads “It’s a Girl!”
