Good energy! I know this is more for fitness, but wouldn't it be great if those kicks would actually send some butts flying =P

Just a couple of 2 cents:
- Keep your posture; don't "shrimp" too much. To help you do this, when you throw a left kick, swing your left arm to your left side (sort of like making a wide-arc karate chop downward to your left side.
- before you throw your left kick, step outwards with your right foot first and let the rest of your body follow with the rotation. This will make your kicks act like whips and make more awesome sound when it hits the pad!
- Dont kick the pad with your toes. For one thing, it might hurt your toes. Another thing is, during impact, it makes your whole leg rotate if you miss just a little; your knee might get injured from this. Instead, use your shins. If it hurts your shin (I don't think it will thgouh; those pads look pretty soft), get a cheap-o shin guard from walmart for $6, put it under your pants, and kick away!

Good luck, and have LOTS of fun!

Great blog! Good luck with your training. A personal trainer will keep you motivated! Mona Vie is a great product full of antioxidants. It gives you a great energy boost too.
A fellow blogger,
