Skier’s Birthday Cake

We fashioned this 3 tier round cake with a mountain ski theme of Okemo Mountain in Vermont. At the top of the cake is the birthday boy decked out in ski gear.
The cake included carrot cake with cream cheese. We delivered the cake to Del Posto restaurant in New York City.
