Silver & White Wedding Cake (1582)

The detail from the brides wedding dress formed the inspiration for this 3 tier round wedding cake with crystal accents. We included silver and white floral embroidery patterns from the dress across the cake along with thin silver bands across the base of each tier.

The flavors included carrot cake with cream cheese, chocolate cake with peanut buttercream and red velvet with raspberry buttercream. The wedding cake was delivered to Unionville Vineyards in Ringoes, NJ.
