Season’s Greetings Cookies
Last week- we made 800 favor cookies for a corporate holiday party. Here we are with 140 lbs of sugar cookie dough! This is us ‘rolling in dough’. hahahah. Been waiting a long time to say that….
Here are our “Keebler Elves” : My mom (in the crossing guard outfit, which she insists is an ‘apron’, Lyn, her friend from childhood, my mother-in-law Barbara, and Ann, my great friend from high school. They were on wrapping duty!
And here’s the finished product. Now imagine it times 800!

Your cookies are just incredible! Do you use buttercream icing, royal icing, or some other type?

Again, they look beautiful! Must have been tough creating 800 cookies, the most I’ve done is probably 40 lol.
