Hi I just wanted to tell you that I am just amazed of all the cakes you guys make, they are beautiful, i just graduated from high school in Vancouver BC, Canada and i also finished the pastry program in college, trough a new program my school board has put together where i can do high school and college at the same time, this is the same work i would like to do as well, but i must say it is a bit intimidating, one day though I hope to be able to specialize in Cake decorating, just seeing the cakes and the pictures of where you are all smiling and having a fun at what you are doing really makes me want to work harder to reach my goal. I visit this blog almost every day and i really enjoy looking at what other creations you come up with.
