Rescue Me Themed Wedding Cake

Her now husband is a fireman – and she asked us to create a sugar bride in distress perched atop of the wedding cake. Next to the cake, we added a fire truck grooms cake -complete with her sugar groom climbing a ladder to save her.
The 3 tiered round cake has sprays of pink, ivory, red and champagne pearls. Both the wedding cake and groom’s fire truck were red velvet cake with cream cheese filling.
