Regal Red and Gold Birthday Cake

A cake fit for a king! This 50th birthday cake includes a fondant sculpted gold king’s crown with gems at the top. Under the crown is a fancy gold monogram tier with red fondant, scroll decorations and gold tassel ropes.

The next tier is decorated in ivory fondant with quilted patterns and gold scroll decorations. The final tier in also covered in red fondant and includes purple swagged fondant, gold fleur de list, fondant drops and gold tassels. The entire cake was red velvet with vanilla Italian Meringue. We delivered the cake to the Baltusrol Golf Club in Springfield, NJ.
