Rainbow Baby Block Twin Cakes

We created two baby block cakes for a twins 1st birthday party this past weekend. A pink, gold, green, and hot pink rainbow with multi-colored stars bridges the two block cakes. The first cake is chocolate with Valrhona chocolate ganache and the second cake is vanilla cake with raspberry chambord and coconut filling.
