Quinceanera Sweet 15 Birthday Cake
Posted to All Pastries, Celebration Cakes, Quinceanera Cakes, Topsy Turvy Cakes on Thursday, February 26th, 2009.We were contacted to create this cake for a Quince (Sweet Fifteen) birthday party with a cirque du soleil theme. The colors of the cake matched the parties invitation and we added stars, paislies, ostrich feathers and Solei masks to complete the theme.
The flavors included pink velvet with vanilla buttercream, vanilla cake with two layers of choc buttercream and one layer of raspberry chambord buttercream

Wow this is amazing. This is so a “me” cake!!!! I’ve always wanted to try and make a cake like this but for now I think I’ll stick to making cupcakes lol.
