Pink and Brown Sweet 16 Cake (564)
The pink and brown theme continues this week with this 4 tier topsy turvy sweet 16 cake. The top of the cake is decorated with fondant stars and two white bows cover the top and middle tiers.
The top and bottom tiers include chocolate cake with oreos and cream. The 2nd tier is chocolate cake with peanut butter filling and the 3rd tier is vanilla cake with oreos and cream. We delivered the cake to the Hackensack Golf Club in Oradell,NJ.
We received a lovely letter from the mother of the birthday girl:

Just a note to thank you for such a beautiful Sweet 16 cake for Alexis.
It was truly a showpiece! Everyone marveled and commented how lovely it was.
Alexis was truly pleased.
In addition everyone loved the taste. They were surprised how genuine the flavors were.
