Phalaenopsis Orchids & Peony Square Wedding Cake

This simple and clean wedding cake was created for a wedding celebration at the Hyatt Regency in Jersey City. Alternating square and circle tiers are highlighted with ribbed black fondant bands. A sugar flower bunch filled with pink and white peonies and white phalaenopsis orchids highlight the base of the third tier.

Flavors and fillings included pink velvet with vanilla & oreos and cream buttercream, vanilla with hazelnut and chocolate buttercream, chocolate with vanilla and raspberry chambord buttercream and pink velveet with vanilla buttercream and oreos and cream buttercream.
