Pegasus Themed Birthday Cake
Posted to All Pastries, Children's Cakes, Happy Birthday Cakes on Friday, March 21st, 2008.A purple and lavender Pegasus highlights this round cake we created for a little girl’s 4th birthday party. We mustered up all of our ‘girly-ness’ for this cake! The sugar pegasus was airbrushed to give it a sparkly effect.

I just wanted to thank you again for making a beautiful cake for my daughter, Emma’s, 4th birthday! She loved it!!!!!!! Some moms where saying that my daughters cake was prettier than there own wedding cake! It was a huge hit at the party! Not to mention DELICIOUS! Lisa - yes the airbrushed effect is just food coloring.
