Parisian Themed 1st Birthday Cake (2223)
Sienna’s first birthday cake!
This past weekend we had the opportunity to create a 1st birthday cake for Sienna. Last year we created a cake for the family and were happy to be able to create another one this year.
We worked with Sienna’s mother Diana to help design the cake and worked to ensure the cake matched the party’s Parisian theme. Colors were coordinated with the overall party color scheme and included baby pink, hot pink, black damask and white.

The top of the cake, which is covered in hot pink and fondant swirls, includes our first ever eiffel tower topper in silver. Along with the tower we also included small bunches of hydrangea in light pink and white.

The next tier, covered in black fondant is decorated with white polka dots and a hot pink fondant band and bow with short tails and crystal brooch in the center. The following tier is covered in white fondant with black diamond patters and hot pink dots in the corners. The final tier is covered in a lighter pink and includes a very classy looking poodle wearing a hot pink leash.

Flavors and fillings included pink champagne with cannoli and chips, chocolate with oreos and cream buttercream, cococnut with Italian Merginue lemon and pink velvet with cream cheese and raspberry chambord (a really delicious combination of flavors which the family really enjoyed!). We delivered the cake to the Fox Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, NY.
Diana was kind enough to send us a picture of the cake along with this nice note:
Thank you so much for the beautiful cake you made for my Daughter’s 1st birthday!(Parisian theme) It looked and tasted amazing!!
Happy Birthday Sienna!
