Just wanted to share a picture of my handsome nephew Brian eating his first Christmas Cookie….he loved it as you can see. I thought this was a good testimonial….and his way of saying “I love you Aunt Anne!” (yeah I might be forcing that one a bit…but let me have this one, ok?)!

Another one of our popular cakes was requested for a 30th Birthday in New Jersey. Unlike our first shopping bag cake, this cake includes the addition of sugar flowers and cream cheese filling in a red velvet cake.

This 60th Birthday Cake was inspired by the cake I made for my grandmother. This masculine version was made up of three different cake flavors – the bottom is chocolate with mocha filling, the middle is red velvet with cream cheese filling and the top is yellow cake with strawberry filling.

On February 2, 2007 Deirdre’s House, the Center for Morris County’s Child Victims, will be hosting a silent auction with fabulous wine from The Wine Library in Springfield, NJ and delicious chocolate provided by Pink CakeBox!

The event is being held at the Hyatt Morristown in Headquarters Plaza and the cost is $65 per person. Come join us for this worthwhile cause! More information about the event is available here.

Also we recommend checking out Wine Library’s web site. It’s one of the best sites I’ve seen for researching wine. They have a whole video blog dedicated to wine tasting and offer free shipping for their wine of the day selection.

These Christmas gift box cakes were for a retirement party. There were three different cake flavors – one red velvet with cream cheese, another was yellow cake with vanilla buttercream and the final gift was chocolate cake with peanut butter filling.
