We created 40 of these colorful flower cookies for a bridal shower in NJ.

This whimsical topsy turvy cake was created for a Bat Mitzvah. All three layers are chocolate cake with vanilla filling.

Now that I’ve calmed down a bit, I just wanted to tell you how incredible the cookies and cake were. The cookies looked (and tasted) fabulous, and the cake was absolutely gorgeous and delicious. When I get some pictures from my photographer I will definitely e-mail them to you to see – the florist did a great job on the place card table where the cookies were and the cake looked so pretty on the table with the
candles.

Good things always come in little blue boxes! We took a slightly different take on this one…..we decided to show the box … after it gets ripped open! Sugarpaste pearls peek out of the box and a extra large faux diamond ring adorns the top of the cake – perfect to celebrate a bride-to-be! This is a white cake with oreos and cream filling .

This 2 tier christening cake includes pastel color flowers and a pastel stained glass window on the top tier. The bottom tier includes a pastel blue monogram R R A. The flavors included chocolate cake with hazelnut buttercream, vanilla cake with raspberry chambord buttercream. We delivered the cake to La Catena in Roselle Park, NJ.

This cake was designed for a couple’s vow renewal. The text is from their wedding song – Phantom of the Opera. The top tier is an almond cake filled with raspberry preserves and marizpan. The middle tier is a white cake filled with chocolate custard. The bottom tier is chocolate cake filled with vanilla custard.
