Our first Yorkie cake! This little one has a pink bow with rhinestones in her hair and a pink collar around her neck with a silver heart tag. A small bones sits next to the dog with the message “Congrats Ashley and Anthony”
Here’s a video we shot at the shop:
From the video:
We have a cute 3D Yorkie here. Her name is Juicy -- that really is her name we did not make that up This is a rehearsal dinner cake for Ashely and Anthony. The dinner is tonight and the wedding is tomorrow. This is their dog. You can see her cute little tail in the back. She is all cake. Her head is rice krispy treat and she is covered in fondant. I think this cake is bigger then the real Yorkie, but that is okay!
Ashley was kind enough to leave this wonderful comment about the cake:
Anne–what can I say? I literally screamed when I saw it! It looks soooooooo much like our little girl—we didn’t want to cut into her (but she was absolutely delicious). Thank you for the amazing work you did—Anthony was beyond surprised and our guests could not stop raving about it!!! xoxo
I wanted to send all that took part in the creation of my daughter’s equestrian graduation cake this past Saturday a huge “THANK YOU”. It was breathtaking!!! The detail of my daughter and her horse jumping on the top was beyond anything we could have imagined. All of the guests from her barn were truly amazed how beautiful it was. It was the main attraction of our entire party…and well deserved! Once we served the cake to our guests, they couldn’t believe that a cake this beautiful was one of the best tasting cakes they have ever had…and this was stated by all. Each tier was different and most guests had to taste each tier…I was floored. I expected “over the top” from Pink Cake Box and received that and more…thank you for making our day so special!!! I do not want to forget the cupcakes and cookies…they were outrageous as well. I will and have recommended you to all.
It started with our money barrel cake and $50 dollar bills. This birthday briefcase cake ups the ante with $100 bills. The flavors included red velvet cake and vanilla cake with vanilla and lemon buttercream. We delivered the cake to the Party Loft in NYC.
The perfect cake to kick off the summer! The top of the Bat Mitzvah cake includes a surfer girl in a pink bikini surfing on a pink surfboard – I love the pink!!!
The base of the cake includes pink hibiscus, white shells and palm trees. Flavors included chocolate cake with raspberry chambord buttercream and pink velvet with vanilla buttercream. We delivered the cake to Maplewood Golf Club in Maplewood, NJ.
This 3 tier topsy turvy cake is covered in yellow fondant with large swiss dots. The top of the cake includes several pink, orange & white sugar flowers with celadon accents. (Similar to our garden cupcake wedding cake) We delivered the cake to New York City and the flavors included vanilla cake with oreos and cream, hazelnut and lemon buttercream.
This surprise 7th birthday cake is just filled with happiness! The top of the cake includes stars, flower cutouts and yellow smiley faces. We used pearlized blue and turquoise fondant with a larger yellow smiley face on the front of the top tier. The top tier flavor included our signature pink velvet with raspberry buttercream and the bottom tier included chocolate cake with oreos and cream buttercream.
Happy Birthday Madison!
We were excited to receive this comment from Maureen:
Hi Anne!
Madison was so excited when she saw her cake! We kept it a secret until the very last minute….which was not easy:-) It turned out just beautiful. Everybody at the party raved about the cake and it tasted amazing!
Thank you for helping make this a memorable birthday for Madison.
A lion, giraffe, monkey, dog and zebra have all converged with party hats onto this 3 tier round 1st birthday cake. Last year we did a Nittany Lion Groom’s Cake, and this year we again were able to create a cake related to Penn State. This time we created a topsy turvy graduation cake with a navy blue grad cap and penn state paw prints along the sides of the cake.
Flavors included chocolate cake with peanut butter buttercream, vanilla cake with chocolate buttercream and blue velvet (yes blue for Penn State!) vanilla buttercream. Congratulations Taylor!
