This bow was for a wedding cake at the Park Avenue Club. I couldn’t take a picture with the bow on the cake because the cake is carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and needed to be refrigerated. The bow would wilt if it was put in the fridge - so it had to go on last minute!

We created 230 cupcakes and this 2 tier cake for a Bat Mitzvah celebration at the Maplewood Country Club. The cupcakes include tie-dyed hearts and peace signs in hot pink, turquoise, lime green and orange. The 2 tier cake also included tie-dyed peace signs with hearts. 180 of the cupcakes were setup on our 7 tier cupake tower.

| Today at Iridesse Pearls at The Mall at Short Hills in NJ, I participated in a bridal event showcasing the jewelry, photography, flowers and some sweets.
This cupcake stand is filled with vanilla, chocolate and strawberry cupcakes, iced with vanilla buttercream, and topped with a flower that matches Iridesse’s signature ribbon color. I also made some wedding cake cookies, decorated with pearls and a matching flower as well. Guests will be taking the cookies home in an Iridesse gift bag. |

100 Pound Barbell Cake
This cake was to celebrate a bodybuilder’s birthday. Apparently a ‘40′ lb weight isn’t very accurate according to Jesse, my gym loving almost husband. Oh well. It’s cake!

We created this 5 Tier wedding cake with thick dark brown sugar bands at the base of each tier for a wedding at the Sheraton Hotel in Mahwah, NJ. The cake flavor included red velvet cake with chocolate mousse filling. We also covered the cake in a layer of raspberry icing underneath the fondant.
