For this cupcake topper we modeled it after our Winter Wonderland Penguin Birthday Cake. The top of the cake includes a cute penguin along with several snowflakes. Along with the cupcake topper we included 50 matching cupcakes and our small cupcake stand.
This cake is highlighted with a pregnant mother-to-be sitting on the top tier in a brown dress. Purple bows decorate the base of each tier along with white and pink polka dots. The flavors included red velvet cake with vanilla buttercream, chocolate cake with raspberry chambord buttercream, and vanilla cake with chocolate buttercream.
This 3d sculpted purple chair cake was created for a bridal shower. Laying on the chair is one large lime pillow with a purple bow and a couple of sugar magazines.
The whimsical feel of the chair reminds me of the Burton’s upcoming version of Alice in Wonderland – which by the way looks incredible! You can watch the trailer here.
This is a very special cake because I made it for my godson Kingston. It celebrated his Christening last Saturday in New York City. Kingston’s mother is my dear friend Ann who I made the a Noah’s Ark cupcake stand back in July for her baby shower.
The cake possessed classic simplicity and featured ivory quilting, white rope detail and baby blue accents. Edible gold detailed the monogram. Inside the cake was red velvet with lemon cream cheese adn chocolate cake filled with oreos, buttercream and vanilla mousse with valhron crunchy pearls and chocolate ganache.
I’m so honored to be Kingston’s godmother and this is just one of the many cakes that I will making for him!

This monkey dressed in a diaper and party hat was created to match the 1st birthday’s party invitations. The top tier is covered in light blue fondant with a light yellow number “1″ on the front. Polka dots in celadon, light yellow, medium blue and accents of chocolate brown cover the tier. The bottom tier is covered in celadon fondant with stipres of light blue, light yellow and accents of chocolate brown. The bottom tier was inspired by our children’s alligator birthday cake.
