NYC Themed 50th Birthday Cake (1525)

I love combining styles from previous cakes and this cake has a few styles that remind me of two cakes from a few years ago. The first is a NYC skyline themed cake we created back in 2007 that has a similar skyline to the one of the bottom tier of this 3 tier round topsy turvy cake. Another style that reminds me of a previous cake is the the graffiti style on the middle tier of this cake. The graffiti style brings back memories of this 80′s style breakdancing cake from 2008.

Flavors included almond cake with almond and chocolate buttercream, chocolate cake with coconut, oreos & cream and hazelnut buttercream. We delivered the cake to Old Tappan, NJ.
