Monster Truck Cake
Posted to All Pastries, Celebration Cakes, Happy Birthday Cakes on Saturday, November 22nd, 2008.We decorated this cake with a 3-D monster truck to celebrate Jesse’s third birthday party. Each tier has checkered flags and dirt tracks to round out the monster truck theme. The cake flavors included red velvet with lemon cream cheese, vanilla cake with chocolate fudge filling and chocolate cake with oreos and cream filling.

That is just to cute. I have a 5 year old nephew that would love something like that. How do you make the lemon cheese frosting? I love the cake.

That is fantastic! I love the bright colors. My four year old walked in and saw me looking at it, and immediately told me I should make that for his upcoming birthday.
