Alex & Kerry Wedding Cake Trio

This weekend Kerry & Alex were married at the Ramsey Country Club in Ramsey, NJ. The couple asked us to incorporate their wedding invitation into their cake in a non-traditional way. With a dessert table design approach in mind, we created three cakes and spanned their monogram across all three.

The beautiful invitations were created by Jennifer of Adori Designs who is a friend of the couple and also a former customer of ours. Jennifer and Chris were married in July and celebrated with this monogram wedding cake.

All three cakes are embellished with pink peonies and hydrangea. Thin pink flourishes, matching the invite, decorate the sides of the tiers. A black band at the base of each tier finishes off the decorations.

Flavors and fillings included vanilla with lemon cream cheese, chocolate with vanilla Italian meringue buttercream and vanilla with vanilla buttercream.
