Monogrammed Flower Wedding Cake

The monogram on the 2nd tier matches the invitation while the top tier is adorned with peonies and garden roses and crystal accents. We finished the wedding cake off with little pearl buttons.
The flavors included cherry nut cake with vanilla buttercream and chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream. The cherry nut cake was the bride’s mother’s recipe -- and the bride’s favorite cake!! We found it really delicious as well!

I love the life-like peonies! You should contact the mother’s bride and ask her if you can publish her recipe/formula!? A cherry nut cake would be a great addition to any cake decorator’s repetoire.
